Refund Policy

Returns

If your product is broken or it has any defects, we will exchange it for free. We don't accept a refund request in this case.

If the quality is not as expected or if you don't like it or you have changed your mind and no more need the product, we won't be able to issue a refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
    • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: liquids and heavy products.
    • We reserve the right to reject your refund request if any of the details above were not followed.

    Refunds

    We're not hiding anything, our return policy is strict due to the nature of our products. Our products are non-refundable for sanitary purposes.

    There are NO cash or credit refunds, but we will work with you to get you the correct product you ordered if there were issues with what you receive such as damaged goods, or we've sent you the wrong item. 

    If you do not follow the return policy and you send us a product back this is not in its original condition we will dispose of the product and you will not receive a refund. 

    We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product is as described and if it works properly! 

    If your item hasn't reached you, but it shows to be delivered, you must contact the carrier and if you can't find the product, we will ship it again.

    Our products  typically last 5.5 months with daily use.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.We require a photo or a video to prove the issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@clepssyfit.com

    Any discounts that were applied to the original order won't be considered.

    We don't accept exchanges if wrong size was ordered.

    Note:

    Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

    Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide. 
    If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake. 
     

    Canceling an order

    If you have placed your order by mistake or you have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. If you order has not been sent to the fulfillment yet, we will go ahead and cancel your order.

    We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

    Note: ClepssyFit will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. 

    RETURN YOUR ITEM:

    We kindly ask you to never send the product back to the address on the package.We are not able to verify the returns to that address where all the items will be destroyed.

    If you send your product to the same address that is on the package, we won't be responsible for a refund or exchange.
